How the pocket card works

Print and cut

Each sheet holds two cards, two weeks each. Cut along the dashed line in the middle of the page.

Fold in half

Fold each card on the faint centre line. Readings sit on the left, food and notes on the right, like an open booklet.

Keep it with your meter

A folded A4 card is A6 size and slides into most meter cases next to the strips. When the cards run out, scan the QR code to make the next ones with the same settings.
