The short version
The log generator runs entirely in your browser. The settings you choose and anything you type stay on your device. We do not ask for your name, email or health information, and we do not have accounts.
Who we are
sugarlogmaker.com is an independent project based in Lithuania, in the European Union. You can contact us at hello@sugarlogmaker.com.
What stays on your device
- Your settings (template, units, testing times, meals, target) are saved in your browser's local storage so they are there next time. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
- The link in your address bar and the QR code on your printed log contain your settings, so you can come back to them. They never contain your name or any readings.
- PDF files are created in your browser and saved straight to your device.
What we collect
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. It records things like the page visited, the referring website, the country and the type of device, in aggregate.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Fonts
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. See Google's privacy policy.
Advertising
The site does not show ads today. If we add advertising, such as Google AdSense, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you and to object to its processing. Because we do not collect personal data through the log generator, there is usually nothing to access or delete. If you have a question, email hello@sugarlogmaker.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
